What we do

LoopLogic Studio is a digital marketing and web design agency in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, founded in 2026. We handle brand, website, content and ad spend for businesses that would rather deal with one team than four.

Sixteen services across four areas: data & analytics, earned media, paid media and creative. All of it in-house. Nothing gets quietly passed to a second vendor you never meet and never get to hold responsible.

Why it runs as a loop

Most agencies sell a project, deliver it, and hand it over. The site launches, the campaign goes live, and whatever either of them learns dies there.

We run it as one continuous loop instead — identify, build, create, perform. What the ads learn feeds the website. What the website measures changes the content. Then it goes round again. That's the whole idea, and it's why we treat launch day as the start of the work rather than the end of it.

Who we work with

Restaurants and cafés. Hotels and hospitality. Clinics. Doctors and specialists. And a good number of local and professional businesses that don't fit neatly into any of those.

They want different things, which is the point. A restaurant needs to be found and chosen tonight. A clinic needs to be trusted before anyone picks up the phone. Same services, aimed differently. We work across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, and remotely with clients across India.

What it costs, and how long

Websites start at ₹24,999 and most run one to four weeks, depending on scope. Those prices are published on the website design page, because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether you can afford one.

The other services are quoted to the job. We don't publish a number we'd only have to walk back, so each service page says how it's billed — fixed fee, monthly, hourly, day rate — and you get the actual figure in writing after one conversation.

Nothing changes price without you agreeing to it first. Where a signed proposal sets different terms, that document wins over anything on this page.

You hold the keys

Every file, every account, every login stays in your name. The domain, the hosting, the ad accounts, the analytics — all of it is yours from the first day, not held hostage as a reason to keep paying us.

If you ever want to leave, you leave with everything. It's the clearest way we know of saying that we plan to earn next month rather than lock you into it.

Who is behind it

LoopLogic Studio is a sole proprietorship of Karthik Rajendran Swami, registered and operating from Pune, Maharashtra.

We started in 2026, which means we are new — and we would rather say so than imply a history we do not have. What we can offer is that you deal directly with the person doing the work, and that nothing is subcontracted out of sight.
