Privacy policy

LoopLogic Studio (“we”, “us”, “the studio”) is a digital design and marketing studio based in Pune. It is a sole proprietorship of Karthik Rajendran Swami, with its principal place of business at Vision Aristo, D-1804, near Mukai Chowk, Pune 412101, Maharashtra, India.

For anything described in this policy, we are the data controller — we decide what is collected and why. Where we handle information on behalf of a client (for example, leads generated by a campaign we run), we act as a data processor under that client's instructions.

We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, political or religious views, caste, sexual orientation). Please do not send it to us.

• To reply to your enquiry — the single reason the form exists.
• To deliver work you have engaged us for — design, development, hosting, content and campaigns.
• To invoice and get paid, and to keep the tax records the law requires.
• To improve this website — understanding which pages get read, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Depending on which law applies to you, we rely on: your consent (enquiry form, analytics cookies, marketing email); performance of a contract (delivering a project you engaged us for); legal obligation (tax and accounting records); and our legitimate interests in running and securing the studio, where those interests do not override your rights.

You can withdraw consent at any time. That does not affect anything done lawfully before you withdrew it.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

Some providers are located outside India. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection through the provider's contractual terms.

• Enquiries that do not become projects — up to 24 months in our mailbox, then deleted. Where the fallback is used, Web3Forms passes the message to us and does not keep it as our record.
• The server copy of an enquiry — kept only as a safety net against failed email delivery, and deleted on the same 24 month schedule as the mailbox copy. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• Client project records — for the length of the engagement, then 36 months.
• Invoices and tax records — as long as Indian tax law requires (generally 8 years).
• Enquiry form submissions — the form is handled by our own server, not a third-party form service. A short-lived copy of recent submissions is kept in a file on that server as a safeguard against email delivery failure. It is not published, not web-accessible, capped in size, and cleared periodically.
• Analytics data — 14 months in Google Analytics, in aggregate form.
• Microsoft Clarity — kept on Microsoft’s servers under Microsoft’s own published schedule, which is shorter than ours and which we cannot extend:

After those periods Microsoft deletes the data from its servers including backups, and it cannot be recovered. We can delete a whole Clarity project at any time; Clarity does not offer deletion of one individual visitor’s recording, so if you ask us to erase your data we delete the project rather than leave it in place.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to client accounts and project files is limited to the people working on that project, protected by strong, unique credentials and two-factor authentication where the platform supports it.

We treat everything you share as confidential whether or not a separate agreement exists. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available on request and is signed before work begins where one is wanted; it is not a condition of talking to us.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete it, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it.
• Withdraw consent to marketing or analytics.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy in a common machine-readable format.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated (as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

Write to the grievance officer below. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

This website and our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly where we reasonably can.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Rules, we are required to name a person you can complain to. That is:
