Account structure
Built around intent rather than keyword volume. Tight ad groups where the query, the ad and the landing page all say the same thing, because every mismatch in that chain loses a share of the people you already paid for.

Google Ads that stop wasting the click
Paid search is the fastest thing we do. Someone types what they want, your ad appears, they arrive. When it fails it's almost always because of a mismatch in that chain.
What this actually is
The chain is: query, ad, landing page. Someone searches for "emergency dentist Pimpri", your ad says "Trusted Dental Care", and they land on your homepage. Every step loses a share of them, and you paid for all of it.
So we build campaigns around intent rather than keyword volume. Tight groups, ads that repeat the query back, and a landing page that answers the exact thing that was asked. That usually means building landing pages, which is why this service sits close to our front-end work.
Then negatives, relentlessly. A large share of most accounts' waste is money spent on searches that were never going to convert, and clearing those out is generally the fastest improvement available in an inherited account.

02
Negatives are where most of the fast wins live. A large share of an inherited account's spend is usually going on searches that were never going to convert, and clearing those out costs nothing.
03
Written to repeat the query back, with the offer and the qualifier visible. Ads that deliberately filter out the wrong clicks make the whole account cheaper.
04
Built or fixed so the page answers the exact thing that was searched. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the most expensive habit in the discipline.
05
Verified before spend starts, with real test conversions placed and confirmed. Optimising against a conversion that isn't firing is how three months of budget disappears.
06
Search terms, bids, creative and landing pages reviewed weekly, with a written monthly read on what changed and why.
07
Our fee doesn't rise with your spend. Percentage pricing gives an agency a reason to want your budget higher, and we'd rather not have that pointing the wrong way.
Step 1
Structure, tracking and negatives before a single rupee goes out.
Step 2
Start deliberately small, learn, then scale what's working.
Step 3
Search terms, bids, creative and landing pages, every week.
How it's pricedMonthly retainer
A flat monthly management fee, not a percentage of your spend. At the budgets most businesses start with, percentage pricing works against you. Ad spend is separate. It's paid by you, directly to the platform, and we never take a cut of it.
We don't publish a number for this one, because an honest one depends on the job. Tell us what you're trying to do and you'll get a real figure, in writing, without a sales call first.
Get a figure in writingIt depends entirely on your market's click costs, which we'll check for you before you commit. What matters more than the number is that it's enough to gather data — a budget too small to learn from is money spent on nothing.
No. Flat monthly fee. Percentage models give an agency a reason to want your spend higher, and we'd rather not have that pointing the wrong way.
You do. We work as a user inside it. If we part ways you keep the account, the history and everything it learned.
