Organic social media management

Social that suits the platform it's on

One design, exported at five aspect ratios, posted everywhere on the same Tuesday. It's the default and it's why most business social accounts go nowhere.

What this actually is

Each platform rewards something different. Instagram wants you to hold attention in the first second. LinkedIn wants a point of view and punishes links. What works on one is frequently the exact thing that fails on another, and posting identically across all of them means you're optimised for none.

So we pick platforms rather than collecting them. For most businesses that's one or two done properly, not five done thinly. Then we build a content approach that fits how that platform actually behaves, and a posting rhythm you can sustain.

We also handle the part everyone skips: replying. Comments and DMs are where social actually turns into enquiries, and an account that posts beautifully and answers nothing is a billboard with extra steps.

What it covers

01

Platform selection

We pick platforms rather than collect them, and we'll tell you which ones to drop. For most businesses that's one or two done properly instead of five done thinly.

02

Content strategy per platform

Instagram rewards holding attention in the first second. LinkedIn rewards a point of view and punishes links. Posting the same asset to both means it's optimised for neither.

03

Design and copy

Posts made for the platform they're going on, sized correctly, with copy that fits before the "more" link truncates it.

04

Community management

Comments and DMs answered, which is the part most agencies quietly skip. Social turns into enquiries in the replies, and an account that posts beautifully and answers nothing is a billboard with extra steps.

05

A sustainable rhythm

A posting schedule you can actually keep, fed partly by material from inside your business. The best social content isn't made by an agency alone, and any agency that says otherwise is describing a stock photo account.

06

Monthly reporting

Reach, engagement and — where we can attribute it — enquiries. We'll say when a month was flat.

What you get

  1. 01Platform choice, with a reason for each one and each one we dropped
  2. 02A content approach built for how that platform behaves
  3. 03Posts designed and written, scheduled on an agreed rhythm
  4. 04Community management — comments and DMs answered
  5. 05Monthly reporting on reach, engagement and enquiries
  6. 06A content bank you keep

How it runs

  1. Step 1

    Choose

We decide which platforms are worth your time, and say which ones aren't.

  2. Step 2

    Build

Content approach, visual direction and a posting rhythm you can live with.

  3. Step 3

    Run

Posting, replying, and a monthly read on what's landing.

What it costs

How it's pricedMonthly retainer

Priced on how many platforms, how much original content each month, and whether community management is included. A single platform costs substantially less than three.

We don't publish a number for this one, because an honest one depends on the job. Tell us what you're trying to do and you'll get a real figure, in writing, without a sales call first.

Get a figure in writing

Is this right for you?

Probably, if

  • Your customers are genuinely on these platforms
  • You can supply raw material — photos, news, behind-the-scenes
  • You want an audience you own rather than rent

Probably not, if

  • You want it because competitors have it. That's the worst reason and it produces the accounts nobody follows.

Questions we get asked

Do you post every day?

Not usually, and we'd push back if you asked for it. Consistency matters more than frequency, and daily posting of thin content trains the algorithm against you.

Do you handle paid boosting too?

That's paid social, which is a different service with different work behind it. We can do both, and they're better together, but we'd never quietly fold boosting into an organic retainer.

Will you need things from me?

Yes, and this is worth knowing up front. The best social content comes from inside the business. We'll set up an easy way for you to send us material, but an account fed only by an agency looks like it.

Tell us what you're trying to do

No pitch deck, no discovery call you have to sit through. Describe the problem and we'll tell you whether this is the right service for it — including when it isn't.
